Tony Cole has a lifelong focus on helping people and organizations achieve their personal best. As a former educator and university coach, Tony helped individuals learn how to improve their game not by ‘running faster’ but with significant and tactical behavioral changes. After a 10-year insurance sales career, Tony transitioned his passion for Extraordinary performance and in 1993 began to ignite that fire with other firms. In working with hundreds of organizations on their sales leadership and sales training for more than 15 years, Tony has helped companies to understand the essential components of an effectively driven sales managed environment. These include setting standards and accountability, coaching, motivating, upgrading your sales force and growing with the numbers. Anthony Cole Training Group (ACTG) is a privately owned company specializing in building consistent and predictable sales growth. The sales development experts on staff with ACTG all have more than 15+ years in sales or sales management. They help the companies they work with accomplish tangible, bottom-line results through evaluation of salespeople and sales management, in-depth and on-going training delivered with integrated learning components and regular straight-up conversations with management. Tony and his wife Linda and their two children, Anthony and Alex, live in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tony’s is a lifelong learner and continually collects and reads books by many inspirational leaders. He also enjoys archery and spending time with his family on their houseboat on Lake Cumberland.
