Tom Ninness has been a top producer and loan originator in the mortgage industry for over 27 years, assisting over 8000 families in purchasing their homes.  Over the years Tom has developed a series of seminars and workshops that have become a staple of training and agent development in the  Denver   metro area.

Tom is the founder of Summit Champions, Inc, the launching pad for his creative and innovative seminar, software and workshops.  Summit Champions focuses on business tools for the mortgage and real estate professional through workshops, software and coaching.
 
Tom’s passion and purpose has been to change and influence people and their businesses.  Through his friendly, down to earth style, Tom motivates people to greatness by offering practical business values, that the newest beginner to the experienced will find merit.

Tom offers an unforgettable forum by challenging the audience to consistently go beyond their limits. He teaches the merits of “Intentional Thinking” by helping you become more aware of getting what you want.  Each seminar, workshop or keynote address takes you through the process of making astute decisions with the use of your time, staying in your ‘giftedness zone’ and the use of your capital for the best results.

Tom has been a guest speaker for the Colorado Mortgage Brokers Association, local Chambers of Commerce, Rotary Clubs and was a key speaker at Business Plan 2006 in Las Vegas .  He frequently teaches sales training for some of the top mortgage and real estate agencies in the Denver area.  Tom is recognized as a mortgage industry expert and has been quoted often in the The Denver Post, and Denver Business Journal.

Tom has been married for 30 years, and has three grown sons. Tom is active in the local Rotary Club, his church, Praying Hands Ranch and Good News Prison Ministry. He and his wife, Pam, live in Parker, CO.
