Will Turner

“High content and unbelievable value,” is how one participant described Will Turner's recent presentation. Whether it’s delivering a speech or consulting with a client, Will’s focus is to improve sales performance for his clients.

Will is the first to admit that he was a reluctant salesperson for many years. He thought most salespeople had to be pushy, and he just wasn’t comfortable in that role. He later discovered that you don’t have to act like a typical salesperson to be a great salesperson.

In fact, he created the Sales Magnetism program as a way to move beyond Consultative Selling practices and create systems and processes to attract unlimited clients. With Will, the focus is always on how to apply the information to get the desired results. His clients increase sales 56% on average and become raving fans (which is part of the model that he teaches).

Prior to starting Dancing Elephants, Will oversaw a multi-state sales team. In that role as Director of Marketing and Sales, Will experimented with lots of ways to improve his team’s performance. After many years of 20-30% sales increases, Will was able to get his team to grow sales 63% while increasing profit over 300%. It was a breakthrough year that Will now likes to duplicate for his clients.

Will is the coauthor of Six Secrets of Sales Magnets and a contributing author to Top Dog Sales Secrets – 50 Top Experts Show You Proven Ways To Skyrocket Your Sales. He is also a regular columnist in a number of magazines and newsletter; he’s written over 200 articles on reaching top performance in sales.

In addition to expertise in sales training and consulting, Will is a futurist “wanna-be” and enjoys studying how sales models and practices need to shift to adjust for the wave of changes being created by globalization, changes in the workforce and technology advancements. He also loves working with companies to create “magnetic” sales cultures where employees are passionate and customers are ecstatic.
