Back

Tammy Stanley's irresistible and intimate mix of humor, honesty and storytelling allow her to immediately connect with and inspire her audience in a deeply personal way.

It is this unique ability that allows her to impart vital lessons that are understood and retained by her listeners long after most speakers and coaches' techniques are forgotten.

Guiding individuals to become self-motivated is a complex and challenging task. Tammy believes that our greatest weaknesses are actually born out of our greatest strengths, and only by focusing on our strengths do we inspire ourselves to produce greater ideas and creativity.

By revealing the steps required to get out of one's own way, Tammy uncovers the potential and magnificence waiting to be unleashed within each of us.

Tammy maintains that real enthusiasm comes from within, and it is sparked by daring to talk about things as they truly are. Paint a realistic picture and show how that picture has within it the blueprint to create whatever people desire, and the floodgates to self-actualization open wide.

Prior to launching The Sales Refinery Tammy Stanley was a top-performing direct sales representative. Her leadership, motivational and business skills resulted in a large million-dollar organization.
