Paul Kidston is the President and owner of Sales Training Experts. Sales Training Experts provides sales and sales management services in the areas of training, coaching, hiring assessments and sales force automation. During the past 18 years Paul has applied tactical and strategic sales management skills to regional and national sales teams across Canada through his successful association with the CPSA and Saint Mary's University. In the past 10 years Paul has trained over 1400 sales and sales management professionals in Atlantic Canada. Paul is currently in the process of writing a book, Selling Skills, which is targeted for publication in 2006. His research topics include networking, call center team development, business relationship management, selling skills in non-traditional sales roles and sales training for experienced sales representatives. Paul holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University and a BBA from Mount Saint Vincent University and the University of British Columbia. He earned his Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the Canadian Professional Sales Association, and his Professional Manager (PMgr) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. He holds memberships in both organizations. Paul has been appointed to the Board of Governors for the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, sits on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau, and the Canadian Association for Professional Speakers. Paul lives with his wife and 2 sons in Halifax. |
